What with a lot of us trying to be good this January I wondered if anyone used these apps and wanted to be friends on there to help spur each other on?

I use myfitnesspal, but purely for counting calories and nutritional information.

Runkeeper is free too and it syncs with myfitnesspal

I'm on both but mainly using myfitnesspal for nutritional info

Run keeper I mainly use for cycling but haven't been on it in too long!
