Not sure really, there are advantages and disadvantages to both.
As a guy, suddenly getting an erection in public can be a problem sometimes, which women can't get. And before anyone makes a joke of course you're not naked, but wearing clothes doesn't always hide it lol
Women pay the price of this though by having periods, which from some stories I've heard can be just as awkward, if not more so.
Women need to pee while sitting down, which is fortunately something that men don't need to do.
The price we pay for this though is sometimes having to pee with an erection, which is really bloody annoying lol
So I think I'll keep my lower half, with a ladies upper half

Perhaps moving from your question, but only slightly, would it not be a wonderful experience if a man could transfer his consciousness to that of a woman and live the life of said woman, doing the things she does in life, put on the make-up, wear the clothes, have periods, childbirth, with all the emotions a woman has to endure.
Then could a woman cope with being within the consciousness of a male body.
