Just woken myself out of a bad dream.
Excuse any typos.
I was at my family childhood home but I was the parent with my young kids.
A bad person was explaining how they get children to tell them simple things to find out pin numbers and where their mums hide the spare key etc.
In the dream the man had my youngest child.
I was scared so woke myself up.
Its now 2.53 am and too scared to go back to sleep. I am back to work today so bags under the eyes isn't a good look.
Does anyone else get bad dreams they try wake themselves out of?

Its silly isn't it. 42 and too scared to sleep.
Gonna look like shit in 3 hours.
Thanks for the spooning offer of cuddles. If there was a man in my bed right now I wouldn't feel so damn scared lol.

"I rarely remember my dreams but a while back I had an awful one where I woke up suddenly and then cried my eyes out!  "
I get vivid dreams which are weird and do remember them often. Over active mind maybe lol |

I have recurring dreams sometimes I wake up crying. Alot of them are to do with my youngest daughter whom is disabled. But I also think that stress has a lot to do with it as well. |
