when I diet every fooker in my house diets too "
Firstly you don't need to diet
Secondly why should someone suffer because you want to change your lifestyle |

"don't buy it, if its not in the house it wont tempt you
when I diet every fooker in my house diets too "
I very very rarely buy biscuits for my house. Even over Christmas the only chocolate in my house was that bought for me and I shared that (letsbe got va packet of buttons out of my selection pack )
Its work and birthdays and visits to my sisters (she has made peanut butter brownies tonight!!)
I think I have an issue with viewing whgast is fair. I see someone eating cake and think 'I want that, its not fasiur. Why can't I have it?? Sod it I'm having it!!'
I often have great internal battles about it |

Well if say you lived with a family of 5. Including a husband and 4 out of 5 were healthy, fit, etc. yet now and again they fancied a bit of a binge on snacks as in crisps/chocolates or any other type of snack that is known to he unhealthy. Why should they be stopped because of 1 person who wants to diet and remain 100% away from these foods. Best to find another solution. Maybe buy limited amount of everything and split it equally between 4 instead of 5 is the best bet. |

well just to put your mind at rest i'm not a family of 5 and I don't have a husband
I am a family of 3 and both of my daughter are more than capable of going to the shop if they fancy something that's not in the house
but to put your mind at rest even more my diets never last long I wouldn't be a fat fooker if they did, so my house is never crap free for long periods of time...go sleep well now |

Easy, any chocs or biscuits you have, especially if they are good ones, post them to me to avoid temptation. I shall upload pics of me eating them to confirm that they have been destroyed and you can no longer be tempted. |

My personal trainer sends me s nutrition plan, I buy what is on that plan on a weekly basis. If it isn't in the house, I can't eat it.
I'm craving the strangest things at the minute. Haribo, no. Ben and Jerry's, no. Chocolate hobnobs, no. Fruit juice, yes! ! |

When I'm dieting, (I start today), and I want something I know will hamper my progress, I ask myself which I want more, the long-lived happiness from being fitter and healthier or the short-lived enjoyment of rubbish food, which probably won't be as great as you think anyway.
And if I feel deprived, I tell myself I can have it, I just can't have it today.
Depending on my mood I either find it very easy to resist junk or very very difficult. |
