Been ill but could have cried when I stepped on the scales and I weighed 12 stone  thought I had lost weight as feel slimmer... Back on my horse riding I thing soon x |

Put a pound on but back running and on spin bikes so hope will shift it quick don't care but done some eating and drinking over Xmas ... It's ur duty too lol |

I've only put 1 lb on over Christmas and im made up...took it steady and didn't go mad so that I wouldn't undo all my hard work leading up to it...ive lost 2 1/2 stone since August going to slimming world and burleque dancing, and this year I want to double it and more if I can. Im extremely proud of myself!! |

i'm joining fat camp tomorrow with my friend I have a feeling I will be very upset when I get on the scales but i'm biting the bullet and taking the first set, ordered myself a tread mill today its coming Wednesday so there will be no stopping me  watch this space lol |

Keep getting into it then falling ill, used to hit the gym,pool then go riding for two hours, now that was when I was fit and feelin great x |

Yer people don't realise how physically demanding horse riding can be, and not just for the horse lol. I've missed the gym and my cycling bit as well recently. Work gets in the way |

Over the Festive period I went up from 14st 1lb to 14st 6lb by close of play on New Years day, I've managed to get down to 14st 4lb with the ultimate plan of being down to 13st 7lb for my next birthday in March |

I'm going back to WW Thursday after 2 weeks break so will find out the damage then. I don't have scales at home but think I may have to get some. Lost just over a stone since November, need to drop another couple. |

I never weigh myself, I'm a firm believer in going on what you see in the mirror. You can lose weight by taking a shit so I honestly don't see the point. |
