I have put this stuff on my windscreen but decided I don't like it, the window smears when the wipers are on, has anyone found a good way to remove the rain-x of the window ???

I've used it for years and never had an issue with it smearing. Did you clean and de-grease the windscreen and wipers before you applied it?

You shouldn't need them at all above 30mph if you've applied it right. Try cleaning the wiper blades with vinegar (wipe it on with some kitchen towel).

I've used it for years too and always worked well.

As above, preparation is important - good clean beforehand and make sure you put a decent covering of the rain ex on

It's so good I'm considering using it on my glasses!

I'v used it with mixed results. Smears on wwindscreen sometimes and this is due to dirty wipers and poor prep on the glass.

To remove I'd suggest auto glym glass Polish, bar keepers friends and try claying thegglass . you will also need to change the wipers.

Well I gave it a bit of a clean didn't go mad on it but it looked ok and the window never used to smear before I put rain x on, it does not looked smeared when it's dry, it's after the rain starts and you use the wipers, I have also been using rain x ant fog I think that stuff works quit well

I thought that was on the inside to stop it steaming? Well that's what we use to do on the inside of our crash helmet visors
