Some people here clearly have no manners or are just blatantly rude.
You have a nice chat with someone and have a bit of banter, then you're asked to exchange face pics, so you do, and then nothing, no reply, email deleted and you're ignored. It's so infuriating, if a person isn't your type then just kindly say thanks but no thanks, don't just stop talking to someone.

"conversely... it does worry me how many people are so fragile that the fact people stop talking to them creates such angst for them to rant in a thread....."
Your face pic is on show so can't really ask the same question.
But... if you had been chatting to someone for a while and you liked them and wanted to meet... then all of a sudden they stopped all contact. Would that not bother you at all? You'd just move onto someone else? |

"Just rude people wind me up, it's not that I'm soft or touchy I'm just sick of it "
Same here. Why can't they just send a quick mail to say sorry not my type. If you've been chatting and then to not reply... very rude.
But would you really want to meet someone like that? Think it's a lucky escape really. |

Take a break then.
You describe very well how you feel when messaging e.g nice banter, pic exchange, all of a sudden no more talking ......
Imagine the OTHERS point of view - They decide not to meet and therefore don't waste time chatting.
There's chat if you want chat.
Not everyone behaves in the same way. Doesn't make them bad mannered. |

I cannot understand why so many people get annoyed and start calling others ignorant because they don't answer mails.
Be adult about it, there is no obligation here, if they messaged saying no thanks would that really make you feel better? Its still a no however you look at it.
Basically you're annoyed because you thought your messaging would lead to sex, it hasn't, its no biggie, get and message others.
Sorry if it sounds harsh but it is what it is. If you didn't like the look of a woman you can do the same |

at the end of the day.. water off a ducks back, and you aren't going to meet everyone you may like....
its a mindset thing.... everything is a no thanks until you meet...
okay... so let me answer the question another way...
here is my current favourite phrase: "don't sweat the small stuff!"...
in the grand scheme of things... its a minute thing to be getting an ulcer over... there are bigger things out there to be ranting over...
I've probably said things in hindsight that have likely put people off meeting me (probably this thread is doing that ) just as some people have said stuff t me that is an instant dealbreaker... i used for example of someone saying they wanted to use my "N" cock....
I dont owe them... they dont owe me..... |

This is why a face pic should be exchanged in the first message, saves everyone's time, yet you see many on here complaining about that too, you can't win either way someone will moan about it.
