I saw a few on youtube - they seem like calesthetic type exercises, which are good. I do circuits once (or twice) a week which is very similar.
I like bodyweight stuff and try to incorporate it on my lifting days also. |

Richy, of all the things. I don't think you need the Insanity training. You got nothing to shed!! (lucky bugger)
..You should be packing on the pounds of lean muscle you know..but, that's just my opinion and it doesn't mean fox shit!
I've done the insanity training, however I have stopped doing it. Will start again soon..but, trust me. It works. You'd be sweating like a beaver!

I managed about a week and it nearly killed me! But I wasn't following the proper diet and I've been told that makes a big difference. Not up for trying again though.
I never thought I'd say this but I think I'm not insane enough! |

I've started but not finished the T25 training... Which is similar to insanity, though maybe not as crazy?
It feels much more functional compared to standard weight training. I had to spend most of the cardio session on the balls of my feet, which was a new experience for my calves and Achilles.
I NEED to finish at least 1 month of the T25 before I visit chams next!!
