Why is it in this day and age colleagues all seem to want to kiss arse, bluff there case and think they are able to work above their true capabilities??
They drive me insane but whats worse is the bosses love the arse licking and let them carry on grrrrr.

I understand what your saying and yes it can be frustrating
Some people can't help it . They may see it as a way if progressing or keeping their job
Leave them to it and don't worry your head one single jot
Just go about your job as you wish and be happy |

Everyone is promoted to their level of incompetence, having reached that level it is not in their interests to promote anyone who is more concomitant than them. This works its way through management from top to bottom.
It is why the first thing that is done when a company takes over another is it sacks all the management top to bottom. (After all if the management were any good they would not have left the company become vulnerable to takeover.) |
