Ok so not exactly a look at me post but kind of …

So at work we did secret Santa ideal oportunity to poke some festive at our work colleagues with no offence ment!!!

So we go round the table and it gets to me, excited but cautious having seen what has gone before …

What do I get ? Slim fast !!!!

So fast forward 5 days to Christmas Day had a great day at my sisters surrounded by family when tongue in cheek I tell them all about my secret Santa experience

To shuck my mum yes my mum says well you are a bit fat !!! Shocked I look to my sister for support her retort

Well you could do to lose a couple of stone

So my fellow swingers am I fat??

Bearing in mind the camera is supposed to add 9lbs, I would say most definitely not ... if you are not happy in yourself then that is another issue entirely ... learn to love yourself and others will surely follow !!!

Nope think I weigh about the same give or take a couple if ponds !

On the toning up front I agree with that and I do wanna do that but not to loose weight just to feel fitter in myself

Only trouble is motivation to do it I need a training buddy male or female who will happily whip me into shape and when I say I've had enough make me run an Extra mile !!!!
