Have you made any? Ones that ended up changing for the worse and were quite life changing? If so, what was it and how did you chance the situation for the better? |

I may have just decided to make a life changing mistake, I am selling my house so I can be free of ties, bricks and mortar are holding me back, and taking lots of money to maintain. |

Anyone who reads my posts on here will know what one of them is. Everyone who knows me well knows I have two. I won't list them as I may get a negative response from them. Quite big ones and I can't seem to reverse them |

Everyone has life changing stories to tell. I for one have more than one to tell and this is not the place to do that. My dirty washing stays in the basket so to speak. |

Could be a while pull up a chair
Career wise i had a great well paid job got bit fed up with it got offered job by someone i knew and took it.
The job was nowt what i was led to believe and hated it and struggled career wise since.
Personal decisions are the worst at the time when going through divorce my logic wad somewhat off the radar and with hindsight wish had acted differently. As some others say some are more personal than others. |

My biggest mistake was to move to be closer to my b/f. I left a village i had lived in for 15 years to move to a place where the only person i knew was my b/f. Three weeks after moving here he dumped me and is now living with someone else. I was devastated, lonely, angry and all the other emotions..... I am now in the process of buying a house back in the village i moved from and cannot wait to get away from this lonely and miserable lifestyle......Happier times ahead, i hope xxx |

What's done is done. You took a risk and made a decision that didn't work for you. There's not much to be done now. Draw a line and start living your life. Make the best out of your situation. Dwelling in the last won't make you happy.
I don't think I've had any moments like that bit then to think that the decisions we make we make are for a greater reason that might not be all that apparent right now. I'm definitely a glass half full kind a gal |

When I was 25 I had a highly paid IT job and I got to travel the world. But I decided that I didn't like being holed up in hotels and the job was dull, so I jacked it in and went travelling. When I got back I tempted and did crappy jobs. Now I can't get back into IT cos I've spent so long out and I've lost my earnings potential |

Fairly similar to what happened to me. It's difficult when you're the one who changes everything for the one you love and it doesn't work out. Good luck with your move back... I think I am stuck here for a few more years yet :o( x |

Oh I've made a few! Particularly getting married way too young and taking him back over and over for the wrong reasons. But then I can never really regret that as I wouldn't have my gorgeous boy if I hadn't.
The one I do regret is turning down an amazing job that I was offered. It meant living in Australia for 12 months with the possibility of staying if they liked me and I wanted to. Turned it down as my mum guilt tripped me about not seeing her grandson grow up. |

I'm happy with my life so regrettingvpast choices seems a bit pointless. But I do wish I had left Birmingham and cut out my family earlier than I did in life. |

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound |
I have some but there is no knowing whether the path would have been easier or ultimately any different if I hadn't made those decisions. There are many ways we can make ourselves miserable and stasis is one of those. |

making mistakes is a part of life, that's how we get wiser as we get older, and I bet the number one mistake at the top of all are lists is bad relationships, I have had my share of nightmare girl friends, no longer wasting time on it it's the bachelor life for me, a lot less hassle that's for sure lol |

"Having an abortion 3 years ago, yes it has changed me for the worse
You are young....don't let that one event change you for the worse... "
Unfortunately it has I've been wanting a child ever since, but it wasn't my intention to have it done but at 12 week's, there was only the egg and sperm :/ |

"We live and learn .. x" turn mistakes into lessons to learn from.
Life's tough. You get the exam first then the lesson after. But we all make mistakes, so don't think you're any worse off than others. |
