Actually, just thinking about it and I seem to remember that it was banned at one point wasn't it? My Scottish history - although drummed into me at school in Scotland, isn't that good. Anyone help?
Anyway, if true that didn't work either. |

"was banned until Queen Victoria took a shine to Burns and Scotland... but me still dont believe there's no other bits of cloth under a kilt..."
I think all kilt wearers should prove whats under it. |

The kilt as banned after Culloden however, Queen Vic liked her holidays in Balmoral and playing with John Browns chanter, she reintroduced it into Scottish society.
To be honest, its only worn at weddings, football/rugby matches and off course pipe bands and Highland Regiments.
Like majority of Scotsmen who own one I wear nothing below it except my chanter.
As a Scottish Historian and Editor of my Clan Journal I also wear mine at annual Clan gatherings.

Not really 'hiding' it though are they?
Maybe not, if they are wearing a mini kilt????? But it is pretty cold up there, lol. "
Well, as i understand it the reason the testicles hang outside the body is because sperm production requires a lower temperature, so maybe a kilt wearing man is more er 'potent' |
