So get your tools out and use your creative imagination

You have until Wednesday to put your entry up, voting will be open in the forum and the winner announced on Sunday!!

I bought myself a lovely new Bosch hammer drill for Christmas, so I might find a reason to use that too.

My place is full of boxes and clutter though. I don't have a clear space I can set up a photo in. I refuse to have photos with a mess in the background.

It's not a few minutes either, since I need to work out what to wear, (nobody wants to see me in just my pants, like you can get away with), I need to sort out my nails... If I do it, it has to be done properly.

FAB SAFETY WARNING

Girls/Boys - screwing can also be an act of DIY, not just a pleasureable meeting with a like minded friend.

Girls - Nuts are also something that get screwed on bolts. Please do not confuse the two - it would be eye watering!

Girls - I know the drills make lots of vibrations and the batteries last longer than duracell but they aren't designed for that use and could literally blow you away! Although you may die happy

Girls/Boys - DIY can be just as much fun with a partner

- I'm sure those judging would not mind joint entries.

I hope these help clarify some things for the DIY newbies amongst you. Any questions feel free to ask.

O god. How the heck am I going to do this one. My loft ladder is in the kids room. I only own basic screwdrivers. I don't possess a drill or saw or anything like that.

My dads gonna offer to come help if I ask to borrow tools!!
