Rope work of any type is something I love. As MrWho said, he bought me rope for Christmas and we've been having fun with it (the look on his face when he found me having done a self tie and got stuck was brilliant!)
It is important (as with any play) that people are aware of safety factors. Having a pair of paramedics scissors around is very useful as is communication.
There are many different varieties of rope out there, with varying costs. Ours came from Lovehoney and has a lovely soft feel to it - and its red which is fantastic!
Suspension takes lots of building up to! I'm hoping to find a peer rope event in and around Leicester for us to go to and learn more from others, as Heaven n Hell said its a great way of learning from each other!!  |
