the most dangerous cake in the world

we came across this recipe, dont know if you know of it or not, but you ar literally only 5 mins away from the perfect chocolate cake !!
we tried it and loved it.
enjoy
4 tbsp self-raising flour
3 tbsp oil
3 tbsp milk
4 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 eggs
3 tbsp chocolate chips, (optional)
Method
1.Add the dry ingredients to a large mug and mix well. Add the egg and mix thoroughly.
2.Pour in the milk and oil and mix well. Add the chocolate chips (if using) and mix again.
3.Put your mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes at 850 watts (high). The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don't be alarmed! Allow to cool a little, and tip out onto a plate if desired.

I am strangely odd I know"
Not odd at all (well not because of wanting a milkshake anyway) milk is the perfect accompaniment to chocolate cake.
I know a chocolate self saucing cake recipe you can make in the oven too. |
