Can anyone recommend a home whitening treatment that works. I use whitening tooth paste but because I drink so much tea it doesn't seem to male a difference |

There is a really good oral B electric toothbrush that polishes your teeth it's been given some good reviews and less likely to cause tooth damage...I'd try and avoid home treatment kits as most are just gimmicks... |

My Oral B electric toothbrush has definitely reduced the stains I used to get on my teeth. Better for your teeth too, and helps reduce gum disease. You might get a reduced one at Boots. |

Whitening your teeth over a long period of time, strips your teeth of the protective enamel,
Bi-carb sprinkled over a floride toothpaste works really well, but overuse will cause the gums to shrink...which can still lead to toothloss!  |

I know ppl who dont use tooth paste at all and their teeth are white like snow from washing their mouth regularly with salt in water. As a child we used to go camping on the beach each summer for a periode of a month. Just from swiming in in a daily basis my teeth become really bright. |

I would have thought that similar to the sentiments echoed here best bet are a good electric tooth brush or going to a proper clinic and paying the price |

I think it depends on your teeth as to how effective they are. Friends have had success with whitening toothpastes but it makes no difference to mine.  |

lol sort of if you like... a little runnier,
the dispensers unusual you rub and squeeze but yeah i don't mind if u call it tippex there's enough to cover you after all  |

Best product I've used is from Polanight, it's the same kit you get from the dentist any less than half the price! Seriously pleasing and long lasting results too |
