5g is about 1 tablespoon full...bet most Heinz soups are loaded

Sugar is one of the major causes of obesity in the World

It's hidden in loads of food to neutralise the bitter taste of the preservative shite they pump in

i normally have a big soup with uncle bens rice mixed in,lovely and there was i thinking i was doing the good thing to lose weight.huh.

Much prefer Convent Garden soups

Soup with cheese on top Mmmm alas won't be eating anything other than chicken fish salad veg and fruit for a while.... Size 10 here I come....
