If you need to decorate, just make the housewarming a painting party - just make sure you only use washable paints as it could get messy what with everyone painting naked |

Thanks....I got on well with the estate agents and made few demands...only a few comments but said I was happy to have the work carried out when I had moved in....you could turn the loft into a dungeon lol |
