I really am a bit dense sometimes, power cut here and during a convo with my housemates I said 'Its ok, I'll just go and watch TV instead' 
I thought I was an intelligent person. |

my mom has done something similar in the past.
power went
my dad got pissed off
she said 'dont worry, ill put the kettle on'
the worst thing is, it wasnt just the once lol |

Not dense just normal.
I'd go to put the tv on... crap no electric.
So I'd go to put a cd on... crap no electric.
Then I'd go to put my laptop on.......
