any runners out there signed up for the jantastic challenge starting next week?

its a series of 3 4-week challenges starting from the 6th Jan. The first 4 weeks is on the number of runs you will achieve each week.

Run 2 done. Did intervals today but choose the wrong profile so it tried to make me run up very steep gradients lol

3 out of 3 done for this week!! Almost cried in the middle of the coffee shop as my dad rang to say he wad proud of me for doing my first parkrun

run 1 of week 2 done....just 3k tonight as was worried it might anger the dormant toothache!!!

seemed ok so should be ok for my parkrun on saturday.

goin have to run 2 days in a row this week to squeeze 3 in before sunday.....not done that before
