New year, new beginning...

As part of the plan to improve my health, I am planning to join a local badminton club, with the aim to play socially once a week from March onwards.
Together with existing tap dancing class once or twice a week, and cycling more, indoors and out, that should do it.
Anyone planning to do/learn/etc. anything new, or re-kindling past interests? |

I'm off back to the gym after nearly a month off for one reason or another.
Also I'm seriously considering taking up crotchet! Couple of my friends have self taught just from you tube videos etc and I need to do something to occupy my evenings! X |

would LOVE to play badminton again.
was the one sport at school i actually loved and was good at.
problem is, my local sports centre only does it on a wednesday evening and i work evenings/nights so no opportunity.
wanna play more golf this year, though, get out on the bike more and eat better |

I thought about either to pick up the clarinet again or to play badminton that I enjoyed when I was a lot younger.
Playing badminton is more sociable right from the start, and more physical, so badminton wins.
I would need to invest on some new equipment such as racket(s) and shoes, hence starting in March as I already have plans for my leisure and entertainment fund for January and February. |
