You do...

You've got 6 to catch up on.

It's fun _iewing...

I'm only watching House MD at present which is essential a sherlock derivative.

I've waited a whole year for this....

Loved it! Being the true geek that I am going to watch again on iplayer looking out for the Dr Who references. (Yep true geek!)

Only found one when I watched it first time - code name Lazarus that Sherlock typed into his mobile on top of the building, was mark Gatiss (mycroft) character name in dr who.

I need to get out more!!

Xmas TV used to be the highlight of the year, this year it was shite. Only thing I have enjoyed was Sherlock and Two Doors Down which was on New Years Eve and was brilliant.

I've already put Musketeers into the box - I hope it doesn't go bonkers again.

I've been waiting for this for ages.

As Cumberbatch et al have such busy careers we will probably have to wait a little while.

Ok, am I the only one thinking that Sherlock didn't have a method to beating the blackmailer, so just resorted to murder to free Dr watsons wife ?

Sherlock was stumped and couldn't think of nothing.

He was stumped twice during the episode, remember when Sherlock is sat in a cafe eating something, with his hospital drip still attached. He checked out the blackmailers glasses to see if they were computerised or something but nothing.

Sherlock is a bully lol

Anyway now I got that off my chest, I must admit the cliffhanger should've been left with sherlock's plane not turning around, simply 'cliche' flying off into the sunset with echo's of moriarty giggling in the back ground, that would've been a better cliff hanger, making people think dues he come back ?

Now everyone knows for sure that there will be another series, so I felt a little let down with the ending

But yes I enjoyed the 3 episodes

The thing I find with the Holmes character, and I find it especially in Hugh Laurie's House, Sherlock only conforms to societal norms when it suits him..he is a sociopath after all. Murder wouldn't ever be off the table, though it may be the last resort when all other means of solving the puzzle have been exhausted.. In this instance, the perp had covered all bases except for one, the lengths sherlock would go to, in order to satisfy his client and prevent magnussen from 'winning'.

True - I never thought about it like that

I was a little gutted when Sherlock just resorted to plain murder instead of coming out with a complex deduction

I thought the perp, cleverly beat Sherlock with his own superior 'super power', which was the mind palace.

Sherlock must've been gutted and thought take out the competition lol
