Anyone know how I can block porn on my sons tablet?
Just been through his history, it consists of minec raft and porn!! I have talktalk filter thingy, but that blocks all devices in the house. Does anyone know of any apps I can download? |

I'm not trying give you parental advice but genuinely curious about your sons age.
If for example he is approximately 14 years old then it is likely that all boys his age are at it? Good luck in whatever you decide to do! |

There is a danger there. My nephew, when he was 13ish, wanted to see naked girls online of his own age. Google bought them up... followed by the police coming around to investigate.

Can't send you the link as we are too old to pm you and not allowed to put links here. But google it and part of the answer is there. Basically change the DNS addresses, but you will need to be tablet specific to stop him putting it back. |

Ok I didn't think about the teen issue and see how it could be dangerous. Same age porn for the 14 year old boy is child pornography! |

Personally I'd discuss with the older boy why it wouldn't be appropriate for his younger brother to view and that's why you don't want him using the tablet in that way.
Otherwise whatever filters you put in place they can all be got round one way or another and at least at the mo you can keep an eye on hat he's been viewing.
We had a similar discussion recently - our eldest is a little younger but had been curious and had an interesting browsing history! |
