A room with mirrors on all walls - there's a cubicle at Pink Punter's nightclub with this and it is awesome to be able to check how everything looks at the same time.
A trap door with a pit full of piranhas under it for the people who annoy you. A couple of secret passages - all houses should have them. Leopard print rugs and a sex swing in the garden.  |

and i put down a holding deposit on it as i was doing it a young couple came in asking fr it
