"Just cant sleep, stupid body clock  snap me to shift worker"
Did day shift the weekend just gone on hour and a halfs sleep and then when i got home that night i crashed an was up all hours of the early morning and sleeping in the afternoon |

I've been battling my body clock after 2 days off, following 5 hectic night shifts at work last week.
I slept when I should have been awake, and vice versa. Now, I'm wide awake, having caught up on emails and in box messages.
Back on tonight at 10.45pm; 200 people staying in-house, celebrating the New Year in. Some will get rather pissed!

I am up at this time everyday without fail. No matter what time I go to bed or even after a night out I'm up at 6 bells.
And I quite like it! Gives me chance to get some of the daily chores sorted. |

"3 hours sleep thanks to wisdom tooth"
Had same problem Xmas eve
Rang nhs direct who booked me an appt with emergency dentist and 2 hours later tooth was out and it was pain free.
Hope you get sorted. |

This...though had a word with myself cleaning litter tray and emptying bins at 5...so back in bed to rest up in readiness for tonight! |
