are you a housing association tennet. If you are you have rights. Im sure you have rights with private landlords aswell you should contact the cab |

No I don't have kids...I don't have any mental health issues...I'll be deemed as homeless non priority lol |

You have my sincere sympathy. I was in this situation two years ago and, well, you know roughly how it went. I am only just getting back on my feet now.
I'm sure you'll get something sorted out though. You're in a better position than I was.
Don't stress over New Year because you can't do anything until businesses reopen. |
