this is about how efficient the animal is. Cows have more than one stomache and need lots of water (consumed normally when they're eating lots of wet grass each day)to function but cant absorb it all and therefore expel it. Sheep are pretty efficient and also nibble grass without taking too much water in therefore dryer poo. |
