Early 2013 I decided i needed a focus for the year so despite hating running I entered the Edinburgh half marathon which I completed. I then entered and completed a 100 mile cycle ride in August. Since then I've hardly moved a muscle. I'm now finding it unbelievably hard to get out of the door even though Iknow iI need to and that I will feel better for it. Other than coming round mine and kicking my arse any ideas to get meout of my slovenly ways? |
