Putting the 'cum' in Eboracum

3 eggs beaten with a bit of milk and season. Butter in the pan, slide the beaten eggs in, then scrape across the mix slowly to ruffle the eggs. Heat should be on medium, filling added just before the cooking has finished. Fold and use a fish slice to get it out of the pan.

I don't like omelettes. I like eggs in just about every other form but not omelettes.

Heat Butter in the pan add ham mushrooms and onions until golden brown.

Omelette mixture 3 eggs salt n pepper to season, splash of milk whisk well and add to filling. Gently stir until it starts to form into an omelette, loosen edges until it slides freely then add grated cheese leave for a couple of minutes then slide the omelette out of the pan onto the plate and fold halfway for the cheese to melt inside.

I do exactly the same as everyone else, 3 eggs, little milk, seasoning, then add to a hot but not smoking pan, swirl the mixture round and ruffle it a little with a fork, tease it from the edges and add whatever you like as it starts to cook, I also finish mine off under a med heat grill as it then soufflés to a light fluffy omelette.

Nigella or what

Are you contemplating cooking it in a French maids outfit with fishnet hold ups on?

If so then it's the Soxy mind warp thingy.
