Just pan fried myself some Veal Liver, shallots, smokey bacon and black pudding. Fab tasting but maybe a bit cruel?.. Does this kind of thing bother you or do you not give a monkeys?

its cruel not letting the shallots grow into the onions they were meant to be .. i cant stand preparing them .. loads of faff for not much

It doesn't bother me. It's males and they would be slaughtered straight away. This way they get used in the food chain.

what about fois gras? force feeding geese and ducks till their liver is about to burst? Imagine you had a meet where the guy decided you want to deep throat him whether you like it or not but a dozen times a day.
