Yeah OH isnt brilliant with timings.. I would have cooked the meat much earlier and then done the taters etc.. the meat hasnt cooked as he imagined so now its 16.10 and I havent eaten since yesterday. Ah well

Jayne yet again provided a masterclass in "how to...", everything timed to perfection, and delicious.

Muggins here did most of the prep, and helped dish up, not that I'm complaining, just wish I could figure how she makes it look so fekkin easy!
