I use other liqueur such as Grand Marnier or Kalua, and it is usually 25% alcohol, 25% double cream, extra sugar, and the rest very strong coffee.

Sod the coffee, just have the Baileys lol. I usually put in about the same amount of Baileys as I would milk but this is of no use to you if you drink black coffee!!

Skip the coffee and just have a baileys. .... You don't want coffee this time of the evening you won't be able to get to sleep. .. and then Santa won't come!

It's better with Hot chocolate...

I worked in a bar in France and we tried everything in Hot choc.... Cointreau and any mint flavored drink worked best...

Baileys is good with corn flakes...

As for in coffee I'd try a little run it down the spoon, slowly so doesn't curdle... then adjust to taste...

Baileys is an excellent short cut to white sauce for the Christmas pud - just poor generously on the hot pudding, and consume quickly

I always have 'tipples' in at Christmas. They are like large milk cartons full of baileys type heaven. Pre measures and lasts all year (given half a chance)
