Most don't ever take them in to the supermarket. People seem to get zombified at the doors.

Yeah there was bit of this shit yesterday. A slight air of desperation and lots of elbows and bumping trolleys.

It's a jungle out there, stay safe people!

Glad I bought my presents in the service station last night.

Anybody want a folding warning triangle? I forgot mother doesn't have a car.

Damn, need to buy another present now. Next stop esso.

Tomorrow morning is going to be fun - arguing with mother, trying to not lose a child and battling up the aisles

Since when has manners and basic common sense ever been applied in supermarkets ? This time of year just highlights how silly some people truly are.

North Bristol

Very few people have basic manners or common decency these days regardless of where they are.

I despair sometimes, I really do.

Supermarkets should have name and shame then added to Santa's naughty list.

The queues in M&S were very long but no pushing a far as I noticed. There again, I was on here so didn't notice much what was happening tbh.

Scotland - Aberdeen

I've just braved it and just home from Morrisons, and it was very civil to be honest and they actually had staff on the tills that were very competent for a change.

But the weather is atrocious up here, pouring with rain and blowing a gale, that's me in and battled down the hatches, I'm not going anywhere until back to work on Friday!

Was dreading doing last few bits of supermarket shopping today and yes it was heaving.

Stood in the checkout queue and got chatting to the guy behind me who was holding his obviously poorly baby whilst awaiting his turn. He was saying how quickly time has flown this year, his son was a NY's eve baby born this year. I agreed, my NY's eve baby will be 25 this year and I have no idea where all those years have gone!!

His little boy looked so poorly bless him, I offered to hold him whilst Dad unloaded and packed the shopping, I didnt have anywhere else to be in a hurry. His son fell asleep whilst I held him and I left the store feeling good at having helped and serene after holding a sleeping baby for the first time in a long time.

Happy Christmas all x
