after xmas all the crowds disappear where are they all the rest of the year? do they only come out for xmas and sales?

I find the whole thing very strange! People buying stuff for other people who 9 times out of 10 neither need or want it. Bah humbug!

Its a marketing scam....they really belong to a company Renta'crowd and for the rest of the year they are all locked away in dimly lit barns and made to watch Price-Drop TV adverts 24/7.....

Me too!! I watched loads of them earlier today buying trolleys full of stuff. Then they will (probably) be in horrible debt the rest of the year. Madness.
