In the UK. Best, Oxford. Worst, Accrington would take a lot of beating but I just about think Oldham could do it., and I was born there 
Abroad. Best, Rome, Barcelona, and for different reasons Las Vegas. Worst, Tangier (Morocco) by a country mile from any others I've been to, and I've been around a bit. |

Best.... unsure as so many nice places.
But worst..... DARTFORD!
Hope I spelt that correctly.
I only stayed there for 2 days whilst working and TBH I have never been in such a dump!
No doubt I only viewed the worst and there must be nice places..... but I never got to see them.
PS Blackpool comes close to winning the crappiest place..... but yes, Dartford for me!

Best - Munich or Seoul
Worst - Manila. I absolutely love other parts of the Philippines but Manila scares the shite out of me. Once, walking back to hotel some guy strolled up and casually tried to take my bag of my shoulder and then followed us back to hotel. It was creepy! |

best Lisbon,Rome,London,StIves, York
Worst. Djakata, Corby, The South wales valley towns (the towns are aweful as a result of coal mining and lack of investment. Not the people though they are great)
