Ordered an item with a 'guaranteed' delivery of 21st December. Got a confirmation email saying 21st December. Next day got a mail saying delivery 24th December which is too late.
Got onto customer services and they said that the royal mail have told them that they're busy ! Who would have thought that the royal mail would be busy at this time of the year ?

I thought from this post that Lovehoney really had expanded their range of kinky products.
Sorry to hear about your troubles, like many things in the world, the blindingly obvious does seem to surprise many people, such as Christmas sneaking up on the royal mail every year.
