Because their account isn't deleted nor deactivated. They've simply chosen to hide their profile. Maybe they're not meeting for a while, or have got a dose of the clap and are under medication or his knob has fallen off. Doesn't mean they can't still chat though hehehe  |

I thought you still had the option of sending them a message, I must be mistaken then"
You still can see the list down the side and are able to send a message even if a profile is hidden  |
