If they aren't a child or needing a dinner frame then age isn't a problem. However distance always is .

It depends if you're asking someone your granny's age

The standard answer is there's someone for everyone

Just finding them is the problem

Well obviously its a number....but Age ranges are a facility to use on the site, some will stick to them , some won't, I am the former.

a straightjacket

If people have age limits on who they want contact with, then I guess that is their personal choice and should be respected.... simples really

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

I don't think age is just a number. We assign the numbers but they represent different stages of life.

At 19 your stage of life is one I left a very long time ago and represents the ages of the young people for whom I changed their nappies.

For others it doesn't represent the same things and you will tick their boxes.

No age isn't just a number.

I would have very little to talk about with a 19 year old I would imagine. There are people on here who go for the younger guys though so it's just a case of finding them.

How can age be JUST a number ?

It's not how long you've lived it's how much you have packed into life and how much you enjoy life that makes you a good meet or not.

In nineteen years you've barely left school and certainly haven't had enough time to develop the knowledge and wit of an older man.

Meets aren't all about how hard and fast you can thrust your cock up some woman.

No! Age is definitely not just a number to me!

It always amazes me why people like to sprout that to me

Age only seems to be an issue when someone is being declined on that basis.

For most age is simply another preference!

I don't want men old enough to have sired me or young enough I could've given birth to.

Tired of that phrase. 'Age is just a number'. No it really really isn't. Otherwise people would not have age ranges on their profiles.

You need to add 10 years to your upper limit then

Brighton - even Hove!

I have an age range preference but it's fluid. I'm more interested in the personality and character of a person than their age, but obviously, with age comes experience of life - character building experience - and that's what I like; people who are interesting.

I have my age limit, my parents are in their late 40s and I have a brother a few years younger than me. So won't play with anyone younger than my brother as I see them as boys (personal opinion) and won't meet anyone close to my parents ages.

Its important to most people as everyone has a minimum age they are comfortable with.

Age isn't just a number at all. Not to me and any lad/guy that spouts that to me gets an instant iggy!

Age is about maturity, life experience and how a person carries themself, so definitely not just a number!

I like a certain maturity of attitude and the ones who whine "age is just a number" after a polite refusal are demonstrating clearly that they don't have it!
