Cardiff

Have something in a chinese font, or proper chinese writing, something along the lines off:

Chicken Chow Mein and Chips.

Then when your smashed at 1am you can just point at your arm and you'll get your food.

Joking aside, I wouldnt do it until you know what you want without asking us, just incase you end up regretting it, get something personal to you

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

How about

"learning is a treasure that will follow its owner everywhere"?

or the other Arabic curse

"May you have builders"?

Make sure you have it translated properly and take a copy with you

There'd be nothing worse if they did it wrong and it ended up meaning something else

It should be a whiteboard means something to you. Something you say often that is profound or something you live by not a random quote you like off a swingers site.

I have thought about having one, and for me it would be "love you more than you will ever know" because I say it to my kids all the time and we always write it in cards to each other!!! Like someone said make it something that's personal to you

I had my first one done a couple of weeks ago after taking 20+ years to pluck up the courage lol. I took weeks hunting down the exact flower I wanted and designed the rest myself. It means something to me and I luv it. Think long and hard and make sure it's a phrase you really do like. Good luck

Just curious why people choose Chinese or Arabic for wording?

Why not English?

I saw an incredible one on a Sexy Welsh Lass recently and pretty sure it was in Welsh but was looking at the rest of her too.

Titz Towers, North Notts

Have it in Old English, perhaps something from Beowulf? Possibly My days have gone as fate willed.

Personally I think tattoos are a personal thing. I would think of something thats actually personal to yourself rather than just have someone else's random thoughts marked on your body!! Just saying like....

If you want something Eastern why not have a look through the rubaiyat of omar khayyam? There are some great quotes and the original script is easily available.

just remember it's very likely to make no sense whatsoever once it's written, so what you write ain't that important. just find a phrase/collection of words an letters that looks good and tell people it says whatever you want.

Arabic an English dot literally translate very well.

Have it done as a mirrored image so you can read it yourself properly through a mirror.
