Not good I am a chocoholic and since being diagnosed with type 2 diabetes cant have the stuff so thought I would treat myself how wrong was I x |

Even diabetic chocolate has to remain a treat rather than indulge unfortunately. As others have stated, its with most diabetic produce... on the other hand too much fruit has the same effect so enjoy chocolate! |

All diabetic stuff contains Sorbitol and such like, it has a laxative effect, it has warnings on the packaging. If you ate the whole box, you will get the shits!
No need to say you are not having any more just have less. |

Totally forget about buying alleged "Diabetic" products, they cost more and are no better for you. Just eat normal food of all kinds but sensibly. I have had diabetes for 25 years and enjoy normal chocolate a little more than occasionally. |

Any sugar free stuff gives you the shits if you have too much it's the artificial sweetener like aspartame etc.
I learnt this when I bought a huge tub of sugar free pick n mix at a shopping centre and ate the lot. |
