Yes. I am a former union FTO with training and qualifications in employment law.
Although as has been said already, this can be an incredibly complex area so depends on how much advice you need / how complicated your case is as to how much help I can give without case files, contracts and very detailed info.
Willing to give you some basic advice tho. |

I'm a current union full time officer qualified in employment law specialising in personal cases.
As others have said difficult to offer advice without contracts, your case history etc.
Happy to give general advice. |

TUPE regulations can be very complex. I work as a Facilitie Manager and always looking at Cleaning, catering, security contracts where staff are usually TUPE'ed over on change of working conditions loss of company contract etc. |

Hi all
Thanks for the offer to assist, for those aware, and those not aware, I received my redundancy notice some weeks ago, I appealed against it, on that, my employer withdrew my redundancy package and decided I will be Tupe, it goes into more details than that, but that's the brief of it.
In view of how my situation is developing, I've now sought legal advice via an employment solicitor.
Many thanks to you all for your offer to assist.

Steve used a company called Halborg & Co - they were extremely supportive and got him a far better deal than he was originally offered - they also told him how much the bill was going to be beforehand and also advised him that the company making him redundant would pay some of the bill (which they did) - pm us if you want more info. Busy busy!
Always happy to help if I can. |
