hmmm ... id have to go for a starter of Sushi of various types server on a central platter (I like sharing food its social)... Main would be DIY Fajitas, chicken or beef. followed up with Key Lime Pie, all 100% home cooked of cause .... as of the entertainment ... hmm that's trickier .. |

I have forgotten how to cook. Dont do it at all anymore.
I like hearty food. Casserole with lovely crusty dumplings and parsnips roasted and mash . roast beef gravy yorkies and crisp potatoes sighs.. pudding lemon sylabub..
I cannot believe these people on tv making something they havent tried and tested.
I forgot how to entertain not had anyone in my house in 7 or 8 years longer for a meal.  |

starter -Honey glazed ham strips(like cured pork ribs without the bone)and crusty bread.. Main-.specially roasted turkey breast.with separate stuffing and special crispy topping .with glazed carrots and roast potatoes.. dessert- moist orange CAKE with Christmas pudding ice cream and a caraMel drizzle.....ENTERTAINMENT..that is harder..i think i would just like to ly down in the relaxation position for an hour after eating .so my guests would be aware of this so they already know they can get d*unk or stoned or whatever is their thing while i meditate the dirty dishes clean. X x X.and i would have a dvds of a few good comedians .  |

It would be Sunday Roast and I'd ask Soxy, Manrider and JustJodie round. I wouldn't ask them to do anything, I think they'd be entertaining enough without working up a song and dance routine  |

i have the ultimate meal is a pure winner
starter
spam fritters with daddies red sauce jue
main
fray bentos steak and kidney pie
marrowfat peas
tinned carrots
smash mash
oxo jue
dessert
ambrosia rice pudding with the merest suggestion (dollop) of strawberry jam
hints and tips
if the lady is a vegetration then change the steak and kidney pie for a chicken and mushroom one as there is no meat in that one.
for a added twist you can even put raspberry jam instead of strawberry jam.
