You often hear of porn stars getting surgery,I just wondered how common it was that women worry about how they look down there,

We do?  I have plenty of body image issues but I can honestly say I've never worried whether my fanny is aesthetically pleasing.

I have large lips to match the big juicy ones on my face and no it doesnt bother me in the slightest ive got far more important things to worry about!

Its more common than you would think I know a couple of surgeons who have more requests for it than breast implants over the last year. It follows suit if women feel the need to pump up the boobs they would go for streamlined landing gear. |
