Nope for the same reason stated, the charms I can probably justify for their designs, however I refuse to pay stupid money just for a silver chain to go with them!

Jewellery does not hold value unless it is precious metals (silver has to be in much larger quantity compared with high carat gold and platinum) or diamonds and gemstones of exceptional qualities.
Mass produced items such as these kind of charms are unlikely to hold value. Limited special editions perhaps.

Unless they become collectable and special editions get made. Who'd have thought Barbie and little toy cars would fetch the money they do now?
I like the look of these charm bracelets but have fat wrists so the bracelets don't fit me |

"Does anyone collect Pandora charms on the silver bracelet. They look really expensive for what they appear to be. Just curious as loads for sale on Ebay. "
Many on ebay are fakes, and prices vary accordingly, always check their web site to learn how to identify the genuine ones. |

Got the mrs one a couple of years ago. It's nearly full now and makes it easy to get her something for special occasions lol. The silver chain is only £55 at the mo but I think you can get starter kits with charms for about £100 depending in where you get them from. |

"was thinking about starting one off for my little one.. wondering if they hold a financial value as an investment type thing for her future maybe "
Its a great idea for little one as you can buy charms that will have special meanings for you and her. Things dont always have to have a financial value as the sentimental one will be worth more. |

I have a complete chain with charms and my house insurance company have insisted that it is listed as a separate item as, altogether, it's now worth over £600. I suspect I they must be in demand (to thieves) if insurance companies are dealing with them this way |

I have the double wrap black leather bracelet. Currently it has 4 charms on it, 1 I bought from ebay, the others are from the Pandora shop.
The charms all represent me, they aren't just random pretty ones. Gives people an idea what to buy me for Christmas and birthdays etc, because I am notoriously difficult to buy for apparently! |

It will all depend on your policy. Most will cover items up to £500 automatically. Items over that will need to be specified to ensure it's coveted if lost or stolen or damaged in a fire etc. |

I have a Pandora bracelet and I love it. It is a lovely gift, a charm to remember special moments in your life. Whilst the charms are sold it all Pandora shops, their meaning to the person who buys and gives it is unique.
It would be a lovely gift for your daughter Cute.
As for the investment side then no not really, several hundred pounds I suppose for the silver and obvioualy the gold ones are worth more. But then jewellery isnt a great investment unless its the high end jewellery market ie Graff diamonds and I doubt that regular working class people would be able to stretch their finances to that.
Pandora jewellery is intended as a keepsake for memories rather than value.
Never buy from ebay as many charma are fakes. The original charms can be quite detailed so better to buy from Pandora stores or outlets, genuine retailers are listed on their website |
