So last night I had our staff xmas party..
Feeling very smart in my dress and heels...
Untill bammmm... I flew across the wooden floor!! Last night it didnt hurt (the wine helped)
Today I woke up stiff, and unable to walk
With a very swollen bruised foot and a huge bruise on my leg.. tonight ive looked at my legs and im covered in bruises. No wonder I ache!!
Who else easily bruises???  |

Me, I find bruises and have no clue where they come from. I keep getting blood blister ones on my arms think its probably age. They also spread downwards never looks good.

My Nurse told me i Cant wear Flippity Flops again until i sew up the holes in my Socks..Personally i think my Big Toe poking out looks Quite erotic  |

I will second that, as had sprained knee ligaments one night when my boot heel slipped on wooden floor and I ended up doing lazy splits.  |

I'm a redhead and I bruise really easily. When I learned to snowboard at the local dryslope I had peachy diamond shaped bruises on my butt from the vast amounts of spams I had!!
I've also gained a fair few from pole dancing!!! |

i dont bruise at all easily, and also as i do martial arts, kung fu to be precise, we have some jao, which is an embrication especially for bruises, let me know we you would life to try some

I bruise extremely easily and am very pale so the bruises show.
I'm usually too distracted to notice minor knocks and bumps so I've usually got lots of bruises and no idea at all of how or where I got them.

Ok then! I fell out of the pub on a works Christmas do and sprained my ankle. The friend I was with just laughed her head off!! My ankle was huge and black and blue for months!! I have to be very careful when wearing heels now! Since then (2000) I have fallen on the same ankle 5 times!!! |

Yes me, over the years I have finally got to realise that I don't bounce 
But on a serious note I often have to take steriods which do thin your blood so I am given a high dose of calcium to take to stop the bruising !! |

I've had a black bruise the size of a 10p on my knee for about a week now!! It hurts to touch it so I'm wondering if I've chipped the bone but no recollection of how I did it! Surely something like that I would remember! The baby safety gate used to be the worst one I forever had bruised legs from catching that! X |
