Does anyone have the lace back thigh high boots from love honey?

Are they any good for wider calves?

LH state they fit up to 24" at their widest part but the reviews are mixed. My calves are 17"

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

I've got small feet but fat calves so it can be hard to find boots. Duo are a bit pricey for boots just for play though (apart from my lovely kitten heeled pink suede boots which were on sale).
