Got my Xmas eve cheese and crackers ready...
My selection is mexicana, cheddar with pickled onion, double Gloucester with chive and cheddar with cracked black pepper.
Just gotta get some Brussels pâté with caramelised shallots now and I'm good to go. gotta have nibbles for setting up the presents |

I do love an oaked smoked cheddar and a good brie oh and a nice stilton oh and a red onion chutney...
Oh i feel Borough Market calling me " master has the best cheese of all..Scottish mature, that is something else.

Brie is ok but I've had yarg and didn't like it at all. Smells old! Lol x"
Was probably the mould on the nettles. It's a hard creamy cheese that you can't really keep in the fridge. I tend to eat it the day Kate buys it. Best at room temperature with a few crackers and a pint of Cornish Rattler |
