Two students have been injured in a school shooting in Colorado, the Arapahoe County sheriff has said.
A student believed to be the gunman who brought a shotgun into the school has been found dead of an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound, he said.
The sheriff said the gunman was looking for a specific teacher, who left the building. A student confronted the gunman and was shot.
It is unclear how the other student received a minor injury.
The school and others in the area were placed on lockdown but Arapahoe County Sheriff Grayson Robinson indicated the threat had ended. |

North of The Wall - youll need your vest |
I saw a report recently about the anniversary of Sandy Hook and the public outrage afterwards that was followed by a govt promise for prompt action.
I think it said there had been 30.000 (think that was the number) gun-related deaths since then and no meaningful gun reform.... |
