Just read a lovely story about French bureaucrats who sent a census letter to Napoleon on the Isle of Corsica. A Corsican resident returned the letter telling them to forward it to Saint Peter. Absolutely classic!
Anyone else had any strange or funny bureaucratic bungles? |

LOL good description. But I loved this particular story - especially the bit where the letter was returned and they were told to forward it to Saint Peter. Corsicans must have a dry sense of humour. |
