Do you have pets that become obsessed/addicted to something - whether it be food, an item or doing something in general?
My cats had never been given catnip before (the previous owners wouldn't feed them half the time let alone give them treats!) and I had never given it to them until they each had a piece each from their advent calendars
Now, each morning it is like they are having withdrawals wanting their fix!
They went mental this morning when Obi forgot to give it to them when he left - they were literally eating the box trying to get to it
What weird and wonderful habits/problems do your pets have? |

Somewhere in North Norfolk |
My girl cat has a licking obsession and is addicted to being brushed, to the extent that she practically assaults every brush she sees. Her brush, my hair brush, upholstery brush, clothes brush, kitchen scrubbing brush... A brush is a brush and a brush is good! |

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound |
The dog loves his cuddle toy. He likes ripping a soft toy apart but he has one that he tosses around and sleeps with - just like the dog and toy rabbit on the advertising advert, Friends. |

My cats are hooked on Dreamies, I think they have cocaine in them.
It's useful for when I want them to come in, I just say "treats" in the right voice and their little eyes get huge and they prance about. I make it a game for them by pinging the treats all over the place so they have to chase after them. |

My dog has a small soft toy chicken which she has to take with her when she goes into the kennels. She loves to be brushed whether it's her hair brush or mine. As for treats she's always pawing the cupboard for her Bonio's. Lol |

I've got 6 cats, 3 love catnip and go crackers for it, one can take or leave it, the other two have no reaction. The effect only usually last 20 mins then it's like they never had it....strange little creatures |

"My staffie is obsessed with my Patterdale Terriers ears. She has to suck them in order to go to sleep!! "
The male cat is always shoving his tongue in her ears - think we need to start shutting them out the bedroom |
